Whitelist IP's

Hi, 

We have some of IP's which are being blocked by BT and all of our emails going to bt domains are being marked as SPAM with the message 

"smtp;554 Message rejected on 2023/09/28 16:52:37 BST, policy (3.2.1.1) ID (647E845C12DE05D5) - Your message looks like SPAM or has been reported as SPAM"

Can some one please help us on how to whitelist our IP's in BT network?
