email security

I had a notice to say my email account was suspended because of a security breach. I spent two hours on 26/5 texting with the 'new interactive service' and  pointed out that there is an unknown (to me) contact email address showing up as my details. I was given a complaint number. When I tested it this morning I see the unknown contact email address is still appearing. Why is this not removed?

That sounds very unusual. I think the best thing to do in this case is to call and speak to our Email Team, so they can look into it further and make sure everything is showing correctly on your account.
