Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on BT Broadband

Same happened to me back in December. Got nowhere with BT they just kept saying oh wait a few weeks and it will show up. Guess what it's still not there.

Sorry there's some confusion with your Xbox pass. Can you post a screen shot of what you're seeing? I'm sure we can help.

When I click the link in the email I get the following page after the log in screen

Ultimately it sends you to the product screen which only gives you the option to add bttv, Bt sport and by mobile. When I use the gaming tab at the top of the home page it takes me to a page telling me about the game pass and has a link to log in to add xbox game pass ultimate which when clicked takes you back to the product screen via my log in screen

I see mine in the "your products" area. It's under "content partners". 

I don't have a gaming tab in my account.

Where is content partners? My products page only shows three as described plus broadband and voice then included with

My email tells me to go to content partners but I can’t find anything that says it, would you have a screen shot, I’ve tried but it says image to big

In the overview of "your products". Underneath the section that has broadband, landline, TV, BT Sport and mobile.
