I am on Digital Voice via FTTC I have noticed my callers are no longer reaching my BT 1571 service when I am on the digital voice line I have done a test by calling my landline number from my mobile phone the call instantly ends says call ended on my mobile
Can anyone on here please look into this matter
Have you tried going to MYBT then products then digital voice manage then voice mail then set to number of rings before voicemail cuts in
Yes i have checked already set to medium i have even tried immediately still no luck i have no idea what has caused this
So far I have reset my BT hub 2 router & re paired my digital voice handset still no success
I think the1571 service has now been replaced by voicemail when on DV
That's correct when I call 1571 from my digital voice handset says welcome to your voicemail Hopefully this can be fixed soon.
I have also done another Test I have unplugged my smart hub 2 router when I call my digital voice landline call ends straight away from my mobile Wheir before instantly went to my BT voicemail service. something has happened along the lines. I don't think BT has this service stable at the moment they only have to 2025 to put things right.
I have had DV for about a year and not had any problems so seems to working ok
