BT Everyday phone handset not ringing

I have a BT Everyday landline phone with two handsets. One rings for incoming calls, the other does not. The one that does not shows a musical-note icon, the one that does ring does not. Can I set both handsets to ring on incoming calls?

Sounds like you've turned the ringer off. Try pressing & holding the # key.
