Hi, when I use the phone app to access call protect I keep getting “sorry cannot get your account details”. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but error continues. Any advice?
Hi, no all I get is a pic of an old switchboard and the message saying that we cannot get your account details at the moment. It’s been like it for about 3 weeks
There are a number of what I suspect are legacy help pages on the BT website that all lead to the same picture with a 404 error code.
