Hi, hope someone will be able to advise with the below please?
We've had two of the BT Premium Cordless Home Phones for a while now working without issue, but have returned from holiday and now when receiving calls the ringtone only does the first full ring and then the subsequent rings are just blip noises if that makes sense.
This is happening on both handsets and oddly it's only affecting calls that are on the VIP list, announced calls that come through are ringing fine.
I've turned off the base units and handsets for a few minutes and also tried changing the ringtone to different ones, but it's still happening and I can't find a reason why.
