BT Privacy At Home and Privacy Caller Display

Does anyone know how I can check if I  have Privacy At Home and Privacy Caller Display enabled for my landline number?

Also how do make my landline number ex directory?

Welcome back to the Community!

Are you still using an analogue (PSTN) landline service at the moment, or have you been switched over to Digital voice?

If you're on the former, you should be able to see if this product is active in the home phone section of 'Your Products' in My BT, and you can also check if Caller ID is active by dialling * # 234 # on the keypad.

With Digital Voice I don't believe that this product is available, but Caller Display should be included as standard, and you can still register for free for the TPS via their website.

BT switched our landline over to digital without prior warning. So if our hub disconnects so does our landline!!

Yes, just as it would have done with an analogue line..
