BT digital voice compability with ADT monitored alarm

Has anyone who has ADT monitored alarm been transferred over to BT Diogital Voice - need to know if the Alarm will be compartible for monitoring via digital voice for monitoring and also any issues during switchover. Thank you

You'll need to contact your alarm company ADT as they'll need to check if monitoring unit you have is compatible or upgrade it to one that is - here's some info they have on their website https://www.adt.co.uk/blog/telephone-digital-upgrade
