Just a curious question .....
Broadband working fine with no issies. Clicked on track a fault in BT as was just being nosey ..
I notice ovet last few weeks there has been a couple of times it says under closed faults ... BT Broadband them in Fault type it says Upfront Test.
What does this mean as I haven't raised a fault?

Hi @Toddie1982 when you run the online diagnostics to check your line or broadband in MyBT it logs a fault on the system, there's nothing to worry about as this is normal.
