BT overhead bracket have become loose

Due to the rain & windy weather in the week, We noticed that the square bracket attached to our property from the BT pole is coming loose (2.5/4 screws have come loose).

Do this classified as maintenance or repair?

Who should i contact?

The external network belongs to Openreach not BT Retail. This forum has nothing to do with Openreach.

Unless it presents a safety issue, then Openreach will not be interested.

i contacted Openreach yesterday they said it do not belong to them

I am not sure why Openreach would not say it belonged to them, however, unless it causes a fault, or the bracket comes off and the cable presents a hazard, then I cannot see anyone being interested.

BT can only arrange an engineer when it's service affecting.

BT should have the facility to raise Damage jobs against customers lines.
