BT1000 PHONE

My BT1000 phone is saying memory full and won't allow any messages saved to my answerphone, any suggestions?

Hi @christine2202 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, the BT1000 doesn't have an answering machine built into it. Are you using an answering machine that's separate to the phone?

No I don't have  a separate answer phone but why is it coming up memory full?

@christine2202 sorry I'm not sure as there is no mention of that error message in the userguide.  Resetting the handset to factory default might fix this, you'll find the instructions on this link. 

If that doesn't work I'd recommend contacting the BT1000 product helpdesk for advice.

If your product is out of warranty contact BT's recommended agent
