There was a service outage in my area and I used you not services by sending my landline to 61998 and it came back with the text that there was no issue in the line from bt to my house and I should check my device etc. But on calling 150 I was confirmed that there was a service issue.
The number in the SMS that bot sends is 0800798102 which is American bank number.It was real nice of there customer service to acknowledge that BT has provided a wrong number. Please update this.
