Can anyone explain why my Bt Advanced Handset is showing a Blue dot and a message to say that Alexa is in use when it isn’t. There aren’t any other Alexa devices in the house.
It may be that Alexa was activated on that handset in the past? Those BT Phones no longer support alexa and the newer ones do not have alexa built in so I wouldn't worry that anything is listening in if that was a concern
