Still can't access this. Just get a message saying we're working on it! Are you the same? Been down for several days.
No still can't access it, I think it's been down for about 10 days now. Got a number of call numbers I want to block ( been away for a week) as well as checking against caller display
I can access it via web browser but not the app
I couldn't get it to work via the App or the website on my tablet. Not tried it on the pc yet
Managed to get into call protect via the website.
It gets worse. Out of 7 calls on caller display, the last three didn't show on Call Protect. Of the 4 showing on call protect, 2 are already blocked, yet got through to me, as showing on caller display. All calls protect settings correct and unchanged

I don't use the BT App so can only report on access via the website. I have been able to access Call Protect via My Products and via My Security consistently over the last couple of weeks and all six calls I have received since the 24th May have appeared on My Recent Callers. As I don't get many calls on the landline I would hesitate to assume Call Protect is fixed (all your comments certainly suggest it isn't!) but can only say it has been working properly for me for the last week or so.
So BT now have 2 issues! Our ongoing one plus now we can't even access the service online! Does anybody monitor this and our comments?!
Add in that Call Protect isn't blocking blocked numbers
I've just sent a personal message to one of the moderator guys who responded ages ago. Basically saying we are now getting other issues as well.
Just had a call. Shows up on caller Display. Nothing on Call Protect!
