Just looked at our usage and there's a 33p charge for a call that shows 0.00 duration. I know it's not much but surely if the call didn't connect we shouldn't be charged.
Yes it was . I got a new mobile and rang it from the landline though didn't answer I just rejected the call. Was told by doing this it actually connects so got charged!!
