Have just activated call protect and I seem to be having same problems as a lot of people have had with changing my settings and they revert back to the original ones which is not a lot of good to me. Did BT ever fix this problem with their on website or is there a work around. I have changed my preferences with the phone but not as easy. Any help would be appreciated.???
