This may be obvious, but have you checked to make sure your landline number has not be changed, due to a crossed line?
I think the problem is solved . As you know caller display was active and you had to remove one of the item on your account to add one. I had with held on all my numbers. So I have removed this and it has completed my order. I will let you know what happens. There is also a fault in yellow when I go to my account but when track it is says no open faults.
Just to let you know caller display is back up and working. I had all call going out with my number blocked and caller display call coming in. Caller display was active in my account. I removed the calls going out with held numbers which allowed me to create a new order and it worked.
