Can a BT4000 be added to a BT Synergy 6500 Trio system as a replacement handset?
As the question above, can it be done? I start work in an office in a couple of weeks time and have problems with my hearing. I wear hearing aids with induction loops. The system they already have installed is the BT Synergy 6500, 3 or 4 phones I think that are connected and can transfer calls between each other. The phone I have seen, the BT4000, has an induction loop built in so I would be able to hear the caller directly through my hearing aids.
What I'm trying to find out is whether the BT4000 handset can be swapped for one of the existing phones. Would that work?
