Can an old Talktalk line number be ported to BT

Hi folks,

I am a few months into a full fibre 500 contract without landline with BT, migrated from Talktalk after having so many problems with them.

My old landine with Talktalk is now disconnected, and my question is, is it still possible for BT to re-activate this number if I was to sign up for digital voice with BT, provided of course number was not taken in meantime by someone else?

The simply answer is no, its not possible.
