Cancelling landline

I no longer use or need my landline. Being very hard of hearing I find trying to solve this over the phone very difficult, is there a way I can do this online, or perhaps writing a letter?

Re: Cancelling landline

if you have broadband then your need your landline for your internet connection  however if you no longer make/receive calls on landline then you can cancel a call package and just go pay as you go

Re: Cancelling landline

I don't have broadband and all I want to do is cancel my line rental. How can I do this without having to phone someone?

Re: Cancelling landline

There is no online method to cancel you have to actually phone up to cancel

If you try CS 150 OR 0800800150 FROM mobile. Any problems please post back
