Hi there.
In old GPO TELEPHONES parlance, I'm Ex-directory. My choice. I'm attempting, without any success to prefix 1470 before the full AFN.
If I dial the call a new, it goes through. If I save it as a contact, the return tone & voice informs me it's wrong. "The number you have dialled, has not been recognised." Equally, if I save the 1470AFN to speed dial, I get the same response, as well.
I had a punt through the community. Anybody got a fix. Cheers !

The only number to show your number is 1470 prior to making the call. There doe not appear to be a way to add it on permanently.

Try calling 141before the number you want to call to with hold the number.
There is an option to permanently with hold your number for all calls you make.
A work-around ?
1 .Enter a 'Contact', exclusively, and solely as '1470'. So, you enter this Contact 1st, followed by the actual Contact you wish to call.(Lots of finger juggling, to send a 2-part number.)
2. Edit the Contacts you wish to disclose your number. Add 1470 to one of, Home, Mobile, Work, if free. Will still require 'finger juggling', to send the 2-part number.

Pleasantly surprised to find that:-
147017070 works. Confirmed my line. All good !
