Damage to overhead phone line - nobody wants to know.
The overhead phone line to my property is sagging badly due it pulling away from its fixing point. There is no problem with the service as yet but it is only a matter of time before it breaks completely. I have spent several hours on both automated and manned help lines from both my service provider (Talktalk), BT and Openreach. Not one of them is offering a solution and is just referring me to another, must have phoned 8 different numbers. It would seem that I will have to wait until the line breaks before I can get any of these useless organisations to acknowledge that there is a problem that needs to fixed. Any help to resolve this would be appreciated. Thanks.
