Digital Voice Essential Cordless Phone

Hello again!

Today i have received another BT "postcard" telling me how to order the DV Adapter, but no mention of the free DV Essential Phone which is what i would like.

The postcard gives a website address where you can order the free Adapter but that website only offers a discounted phone not a FREE DV cordless phone.   Two short questions please:-

Are the DV phones FREE of charge, which was my understanding?

How do i order one? (will i be receiving another BT postcard for specifically ordering the phone, i wonder)

I think BT stopped giving the phones for free, perhaps too many were being sold on ebay.

All most people need to do, is to either plug their phone into the hub, or use the DV adapter, which only works with BT DV.

Unfortunately, the DV handsets are no longer free I'm afraid.

You can simply plug your existing DECT base station into to green socket at the rear of the hub.
