Digital Voice free handsets

I'd like to get 2 free Essential handsets instead of 1 Advanced as per BT's website,  but when I go to bt.com/DVequipment and put my phone number in it only offers me 1 Advanced. How can I get 2 Essentials?

I got 2 Essential handsets (because I did not want another Alexa device) by merely dialling BT and asking for  them. I suggest that you do not use their website.

Must be a world record. I just phoned 0800800150 and got through immediately. 2 Essentials on their way. Thanks again.
