My mums home landline recently switched over to the digital voice service, they advised no new equipment was to be sent, and to use existing. We have followed all of the step by step instructions, the number shows as imported and working, but calls in go straight to call minder and the line is dead when trying to dial out. Any help would be much appreciated guys. Thanks.
have you connected the existing phone to the socket on the back of the BT SH2? you may need to remove a sticker first
you can also try phoning CS on 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and ask for a DV phone normally you get 1 free when changeover
