Digital Voice switchover nothing but problems and now no landline or digital calls

received notification digital voice service has been activated on my number, old landline has now stopped working.

issue appears to be there has been no activation on my smart hub 2, digital handset shows the error “no voice service on the hub” even after a number of resets on both hub and handset. Hub has the phone section greyed out and stares not configured. Old handset plugged into back of hub does not work.

After raising a number or tickets and speaking to several advisors, no solution and now no landline or digital calls. Can anyone help? Surely it just needs linking my digital voice number to my hub??
