How quickly does the switchover take from analogue to digital, I've been on FTTP for just over a month.
I've had an email about my analogue phone service being switched off as well as a standard letter saying the same thing.
I've also taken up BT on their free VOIP handset which I've got & charged up. But I've heard nothing since.
I don't think there is any standard for timescales. I had my letter 12 Weeks ago and also have one of the new free handsets but have now been told I'll get migrated when I'm "back on the list". So at some time I was on the "list" but have since been removed; sounds a bit chaotic to me.
