Digital Voice

I'm a newbie here so please cut me a little slack - I received a letter in September 2021 from BT telling me that I would soon be switched over to Digital Voice.  Nothing happened.  The weeks rolled by and I forgot all about DV.  Then, today, I rediscovered the letter!  I've never been contacted by BT regarding DV so I'm unsure if anything has actually happened.   I live in Central Scotland - can anyone shed any light on the roll-out for Digital Voice?  I've tried contacting BT but I get sent round in circles.😣

You would know if you have been moved to Digital Voice, your phone would stop working in the master socket. You will get further information as the changeover approaches.

Thanks Licquorice for your fast reply and your reassuring message.  I'll try to be patient even though BT advised me of this "impending" change nearly 5 months ago and I've heard nothing since!  Thanks again. 😊
