We've had FTTP for a few years now and no copper line. We've just received word about being switched to Digital Voice. Are we not already on digital voice as we have no copper line?
You may be on FVA (Fibre Voice Access) where your phone plugs into the Openreach modem. That is being discontinued, and your phone will plug into the phone socket on the Smart Hub 2 instead.
