i have just been moved over to the new digital voice service over fibre broadband and I’m wanting to remove the old cabling so I can redecorate the room. Am I allowed to do this or has a bt engineer got to do it. Don’t want to cause any trouble to other people who may be connected down the line.
Any wiring up to the master socket is openreach but any after master to extension sockets is yours and you can remove if you want
