Good morning. My dad recently switched to digital voice and his caller ID is not working. I've seen several threads on how to fix this but no real solution for me. He definitely has caller ID set up and everything has been checked and double checked with engineers etc. Is there a way to do this?
If Caller ID is showing as active on his MyBT account, disable it & then after an hour or so re-enable it.
Hi thanks yes I've done this a few times to no avail
Then try leaving it disabled overnight.
