I am on fttp and digital voice with a hub2. My handset is a bt. 6500.
Just lately some of my calls I make there’s noise on the line and
There voices are very quiet
one call today was to a local number could hardly hear that person , I got
them to call me back and it was ok.
The second call was to a call centre ,no noise on the line but there voice
was very quiet. Would a new digital phone from bt help with my problem
Preferably one with a volume button. My hearing is not to
good.

Is you phone connected to the phone socket on back of SH2 or to a DV adapter?
It’s connected to the hub green socket ps. I run the bt trouble shooter and that
found nothing.
I have the advanced DV phones with Alexa and find the call quality excellent and it has an accessibility option to boost volume for people who have hearing problem. Not sure how much it boosts volume and I have not used it
