I've received one e-mail, one letter and one postcard regarding the change to Digital Voice.
The postcard tells me I can order a free cordless handset from https://bt.com/DVequipment , which takes me to the BT shop, but I have not been given the necessary Voucher Code. There is no mention of a Voucher Code in any of the above communications.
try phoning CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and ask for your free DV handset or adapter do you have a date for changeover or has it actually happened
