I was switched over to digital voice last week. Since then my line has developed a crackle. The person on the other end can hear me but I can barely work out what is being said. Any ideas what to do? I have 3 BT inspire phones. I never had this issue before the switch over
have you connected the inspire base unit to the green socket on the back of the BT SH2 instead of the usual wall socket
Yes did that after peeling off the cover on the hub that was hiding it
did you restart the hub after you connected phone base unit?
are you having broadband problems with connection dropping?
I restarted the hub only today, the broadband seems to be ok so far. I read about restarting the hub so have given it a try, will have to wait for another call to see if it has worked?
can you not phone home number from a mobile assuming you have a mobile
