Am looking for some help and can't find a matching query or get much joy from live chat - surprisingly!
I'm starting to rack up call diversion costs which is a vital part of my partner's home business. I have read that call packages aren't included when diverting, so I am paying the standard rate of call connection and charges.
What I would like to clarify is, when calling a BT mobile the first 1000 minutes per month are free of charge. This isn't technically a call package(?) so would I be charged the call diversion costs if my partner changed her mobile provider to BT?
If not I think I'll be porting my number to a VOIP provider but am hoping this will be a quicker and more straight forward solution.
Only the unlimited anytime calls addon offers 1000 minutes to residential BT mobile, using it for business is against the terms and condistions unless you have a business package, in which case you're best off asking at https://business.forums.bt.com/
