Please can someone contact me with regards to a fault, that I registered on the 14th August. My Father is elderly and he has no phone line for nearly a week, each day I look at the fault results and it is put forward to the next day. I cannot seem to get hold of anyone to find out whether his calls from his landline can be sent to his mobile.
when you reported the fault to 151 did you explain that it was for your elderly father as that would normally get you a faster repair
did you check that there is no general fault in his area
No I did not let them know it was for my elderly father as normally they are efficient. I forgot to tell them to put the landline calls through to his mobile. I rang bt today and I was on the phone for about 6 mins waiting, but no answer.
