Hello,
Will my fax machine work with digital voice and if so how do I connect it. At the moment it is connected to a parallel socket to the incoming line.
As far as I am aware, fax machines will not work over BT Digital Voice, just as normal modems will not. The analogue to digital conversion would distort the tones sent out by the fax machine. Anyway, who still uses fax these days?
If you are a BT Business user, you need to discuss your options on the BT Business Forum.

That is interesting. It could however be a bit hit and miss, depending on the equipment.
