We recently had full fibre to the home installed with new modem and router. A new premium phone comes with the package and is a wifi phone, has no lead to plug in anywhere. i cannot get caller id to work so cant block any numbers. ive tried the number *#234# as several have said to try and i get the message “ the feature number tou have dialled is incorrect” ive double checked online and my account is showing caller id enabled. I cannot get through to anyone at bt about it. anyone got anymore suggestions.
Its finally been sorted, although showing on the account they had put it on the old copper line to the house. had over 2 hrs being batted and balled between sales who deal with digital voice additional services and technical. they ended up terminating my contract and restarting it with the digital voice and caller display set.
