This morning I checked my line due to an email problem,
I have a banner on my home page stating I have a fault, however I click on the fault and the banner says there are no faults to display.
Again the same thing occurs when I check my line on the web page ?
There may be a fault still open on your account that we need to close off. Would you like us to check it for you and shut it down if needed?

Many Thanks, and Yes please. I think I pressed the wrong button all I wished to do was check speed but eventually ended up with that fault report . I am also trying to get BT wifi deactivated but still showing Activated on router.

Have you tried deactivating BT Wifi through your MyBT login at MyBT? Log in, click on Manage extras and then Manage BT Wi-Fi.
On the next page, you'll need to scroll down and click on Opt out of BT Wi-Fi.

Have already done that, to no avail, although some say you have to wait 28days or more !!!! Mines been only 14days
Unfortunately even after clearing history and cookies etc the Banner is still showing on my homepage. ?
Hi @lifeonmars I see you've sent over your details and they're in our queue waiting to be picked up. We'll be happy to get that looked into once you reach the top of our list, once the fault it closed on our side it should eventually filter through to MyBT and close there.
