I have a similar problem with 2 faults showing outstanding on the new 'summary screen' but nothing showing as open on the fault tracking screen.
Apparently my 2 faults are from 10 October 2019.
On the app, I also have an open order apparently, but looking at the tracker it shows as closed. I think it is coming from a cancelled order which has a hub showing as 'awaiting dispatch' I don't want the hub though as I've cancelled that order. Some strange things going on here which is also preventing me from seeing the broadband offers.
