My elderly parents are currently on analogue but moving to fibre. They’ve had no phone service since last week, very poor response from Openreach, no idea when engineers will be resolving. They have no mobile signal and are vulnerable , but not registered.
How can they register as vulnerable?
How can they get a more consistent service with battery back up?
How do we get their immediate issue resolved?
