Hub connection

Go to solution

I have plugged my phone into the back of my hub but the hub itself is still connected to the filter and phone socket, where is the gray cable from the hub supposed to go with digital voice?

if you are now moved to DV then phone connects to green phone socket on back of hub  and hub continues to be connected to the filter in master socket as before

I'm not sure which grey cable you mean but this might answer your questions.

I heard you no longer need the filter connected but if that was so where would the cable from your hub which is connected to the filter go, that us what was confusing me.

Re: Hub connection

It just plugs into the socket that the filter previously plugged into, however, it will the wrong plug. You therefore either need to obtain an RJ11-BT431 lead or continue to use the filter as an adapter.
