I need to deactivate BT Network Voicemail?

Is there any way to deactivate BT Network Voicemail to ensure only my Panasonic KX-TGE820E Answer Machine answers voice calls on my Fibre to the Home landline or at least get to speak to a human being and NOT a bot.

I have been a BT customer for the last 50 years and loyalty it seems counts for absolutly nothing these days.

If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Then quit. There's no use being a darn fool about it.

Try logging on to your MyBT and go to your products, Digital Voice then Calling Features and remove voicemail.

Thank you Sir for your quick reply to my post, I have followed your advice now all I have to do is wait 24 hours for it to take effect.

If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Then quit. There's no use being a darn fool about it.
