I have tried unplugging the base unit and resetting the BT8600 phone, but the incoming call information is not displayed. It is still set to receive this information on my contract details. Any ideas on resolving this would be much appreciated.

Caller display not enabled by default on Digital Voice, you have to enable it, its under manage digital voice features.

Thanks for your response, but the caller information is already enabled on in the digital voice page.

Update - I switched the incoming caller information off and then back on again in the digital manager and went through the order system - and now the caller information is now showing on the phone.
