Then you need to complain to BT Retail, and tell them that the work that Openreach did, is unsatisfactory.
By all means post a picture on this forum, so that other forum members can give their opinion, bu only BT Retail can raise a complaint. Use the "Photos" tool as shown on the editor.

That looks awful, I am sure others will agree.
Complain to BT Retail first. If nothing gets done, then one of the forum moderators can be asked to assist.
That may have been done by a sub-contractor working for Openreach, as I would be very surprised if it was a directly employed Openreach Field Technician that did that work.
There must have been a better way to route that cable, even if it involved a longer cable run.
