Landline and 1571 message alerts

Hi  about every 20 mins my landline rings and leaves a message saying I don't have any 1571 messages, this is so annoying any ideas how to stop this.  TIA

If you have an online account try switching off BT 1571

How do I cancel BT Answer 1571? | BT Help
