I'm reaching out to the Mods here but if anyone else can help that's great.
I tried using the Online fault report system but when it gets to the line test it sticks at 99 % and won't move on to report the fault.
Landline stopped working sometime in the past few weeks, there is no dial tone. I've been away.
I tried ringing BT to report the fault but due to the current COVID-19 situation it just keeps me on hold.Echat is out of action and the Online system isn't working.
Luckily I have a dedicated Fibre Broadband line otherwise I really would be in trouble.
Any help would really be appreciated.

Hi @daveperc sorry that you are having difficulty reporting a fault with your service. I've sent you a Private Message with details on how to contact the Mod team and we'll be happy to help. We are busier than normal at the moment so you may wish to try again calling in to report the fault and we'll get to you as soon as we can.

I'll have another go at calling the fault in - but not hopeful!!
Eventually got through on phone!! Reported and now fixed!!
Also reported the fault in the "Fault System" - so hopefully that will now get sorted too!
