Hi there, I have just reported my landline again. It has not been working for many months. I have seen engineers working on the telegraph pole in my garden on several occasions since the line went dead. But nothing has been resolved. I spoke to an engineer last week and he said he was working on the Broadband, not the phone line. He advised me to contact BT again. I am wondering when the line will be fixed and also, how do I apply for a refund on my line charges? Thank you for your help.
