Landline keeps going down vulnerable person

My elderly mother who has had 5 heart attacks in the last few years keeps losing the use of her landline. Mobile reception is very poor in her area as she lives in an isolated dwelling. I fear we are heading towards a disaster where mum has a heart attach and I as her registered carer cannot contact the ambulance service. Any ideas from the community much appreciated. Kind regards.
